run the wires and either not hook up the power wire or remove the inline fuse so there is nothing hot rolling around back there and just cap off remote wire. You dont have to make the connections at the amp till you have sub and box, so just hide them for now. As far as grimms post about 4ch amp, it does sound "better" with aftermarket 4ch amp, BUT you will have much more cost involved as you will need more wiring and connectors and distribution blocks, ect., and you said you were going the cheap route. Also you will need a head unit with at least 3 preouts if you dont already. I do this day in and day out for a living and deal with many customers in your position. When ppl have door speakers running off deck power, and a amp and sub, THEN add a 4ch amp, they will be pissed off because there is a very minimal noticable difference unless dealing with EXTREMELY high quality(expensive!!) products. Run off the deck for now as you can always easily upgrade at a later date if you are not satisfied.
